Inspire Salon was established in 2014 by Janette and Brian Resch allowing Jan to fulfill her dream of creating the perfect spa experience.

Jan and her eldest daughter Courtney, had both worked in spa industry for over a decade. They saw the need for a true day spa experience within the ever growing Treasure Valley and created Inspire Salon and Day Spa, a true experience that is warm and accommodating in a luxury spa setting with a friendly and welcoming family atmosphere.

Inspire is motivated to give the highest quality day spa experience that every person deserves. We do this through devotion to our Guests, Excellence, Hospitality, Cleanliness, Integrity, and Insightfulness.

Betty

Betty recently moved to Idaho from Washington D.C. This will be her 8th year behind the chair, and she can style, cut, color, and tame any style of hair. Whether you are getting ready for a wedding or just need something new, she has you covered. With Betty, a good hair day is only a call away.

LESLEY

Lesley’s been fascinated by skin and skin analysis for as long as she can remember. She is inspired by the outdoors, where the balance and purity of nature fuels her passion for skincare—and that same natural, holistic perspective guides her approach with every client. Her goal is to help every client feel confident knowing their skin is healthy, radiant, and its best.

Lesley loves working with ÉMINENCE™ Organic Skin Care products because their formulas are rooted in natural, organic, and Biodynamic® ingredients—rich in fresh fruit pulps, plant extracts, and exotic spices that support healthy, radiant skin. LEXI

Lexi grew up in Portland, Oregon and moved to Idaho about ten years ago. She has loved all things beauty for as long as she can remember—painting her grandma’s nails at age four, doing makeup at family gatherings, and eventually becoming the go-to hair girl for cheer, sports, and dance. Becoming a cosmetologist has always been her dream.

She loves helping guests feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable in her chair. Color is her passion—whether it’s natural blends, bright blondes, or bold vivids and fashion shades. She’s excited to bring every client’s hair vision to life.

Outside the salon, Lexi is a sunshine lover who enjoys swimming and spending time outdoors. Even so, Christmas still has her heart—cozy movies, hot cocoa, and walks to see holiday lights are her winter favorites. She’s happiest when she’s with her family, friends, and dogs… and she never turns down a spontaneous dance party.
